Monster Fruit Academy
《Monster Fruit Academy_Granny Fruity’s Big Secret》is an original 3D animation film created by Kent ADIP and Taiwan Public Television in collaboration with the longest running children’s program "Fruity Ice Cream". Based on Granny Fruity, the soul character of Fruity Ice Cream, this 3D animated film is an extension of the original universe created by Kent ADIP.
The film not only transforms the original live-action Granny Fruity into a cute 3D character, but also adds elements of Taiwan’s local mythology and incorporates the legend of monsters into the character settings, developing it into an animated film with Taiwanese characteristics.
The film has received unanimous praise from children of all ages after its release, and the second season of Monster Fruit Academy is currently in the planning stage.The film was invited to be the closing film of the 2021 Taichung International Animation Festival (TIAF), and was awarded the 2022 San Diego International Kids’ Film Festival (BEST FANTASY FEATURE FILM).
